Zelene Mesto Heights

Zelené Město Heights is more than just a residential development, it is a testament to our unwavering belief that good living should never come at the cost of compromising on space, modern design, or the joy of being truly close to nature.

This project represents the fourth phase of our Zelené Město neighbourhood vision, which encompasses over 1 000 units in total and is situated on the border of Prague 3 and Prague 9, making it easy to reach the city centre and perfect for large families or younger individuals alike.

The Zelené Mesto neighbourhood began forming almost 10 years ago. With the fourth phase almost complete, we are excited to welcome new neighbours in our regular community events.

We agreed with the Prague 9 city council on the development of a kindergarten adjacent to the Zelene Mesto Heights residential project. This strategic collaboration is anticipated to be a transformative development for the entire Zelene Mesto neighbourhood and the residents of Prague 9.
