Čámovka – 1st phase

Čámovka is proof positive that there is still plenty of demand for new housing in Prague. The success of our development project in Prague 8 – Čimice is down to you, our customers. You gave us your trust and all units in the first phase have already been sold. Soon we will be able to offer more apartments for sale in the next phase of construction, inspired by the experience gained in the first wave of inhabitants of Čámovka. This will transform the site into an attractive, cohesive residential area built with a vision of self-sufficiency and community spirit.

The completed 1st phase of Čámovka offers 145 apartments in a quiet part of Prague 8, next to the woods of Čimické údolí. Across the development, layouts range from 1+kk studios to 5+kk apartments. Features include basement storage and, depending on the apartment, a balcony, terrace or private front garden—space to enjoy a slow breakfast outdoors or spend a summer afternoon with friends.

Five new apartment buildings designed for comfort – that’s  Čámovka. When we were planning the design and layouts of this project, our main priority was to make sure you feel safe and comfortable here. Car owners will surely appreciate the plentiful parking spots and underground garages so they never have to worry about their vehicles. When you walk out the front door, the first thing you see is a large grassy area. You can greet the neighbors of all ages on the playground or on benches in the shade. As always, we have something for everyone.

Of course, it would hardly be much of a neighborhood without shops, restaurants and other civic amenities. Čámovka already has a private kindergarden, pizzeria and opticians. More options may be forthcoming in the future, but in the meantime, rest assured, whatever you can’t find on site you will certainly find in the immediate vicinity. Schools, post office, pharmacy, supermarket… practically anything you need right outside your door. Who knows, maybe you’ll love Čimice so much you’ll start a business here as well.

The Čámovka development project sits in a quiet part of Prague 8 next to the woods of Čimické údolí. The third phase of the project involves new apartments with layouts ranging from 1+kk (studio) to 5+kk (4 bedroom). Basement storage, balconies, front gardens and terraces are all part of the package. You can grow geraniums on your balcony, savor a late breakfast on your terrace, and enjoy a cookout or play pétanque with your friends in your private front garden in the warm summer sun.

This area was first settled up to five and a half thousand years ago in the Stone Age. Later Slavic tribes settled here and built a hillfort on a rocky promontory overlooking the Vltava River. Since that time this place has remained more or less rural in nature. Even the name of our project, Čámovka, hides a reference to this long history, as Čimice originally meant “village of the people of Čám.” That’s no coincidence. We have a respect for history, and your future home is firmly rooted there.

We can’t imagine modern housing without great transport options. Čámovka does not disappoint on this front, either. It’s just a few minutes to the main thoroughfare by car, and public transport stops right outside the development project. Just hop on a bus and ride 15 minutes to the metro. The ride from Kobylisy to Václavské náměstí downtown will go by so fast you won’t even have time to read the headlines in the morning news.
