Čámovka – 3d phase

Čámovka’s third phase will bring 415 apartments across 15 buildings to Prague 8–Čimice, combining peaceful surroundings with proximity to the city. Designed by Czech architectural studio Loxia, the development will offer homes for families who enjoy nature, couples looking for a place to settle, and buyers considering an investment.

A planned playground will give children space to play and neighbours an opportunity to meet. The development will also include one commercial unit intended for a shop, bistro or similar business, adding to the everyday life of the neighbourhood.

Next to the woods of Čimické údolí, Čámovka’s third phase will offer apartment layouts ranging from compact 1+kk studios to spacious 5+kk homes. Every apartment will have a balcony, terrace or private front garden—a place to enjoy breakfast outdoors, unwind after work or spend time with family and friends.

Plans include underground parking and visitor parking at ground level. Buyers will also have the option to purchase a cellar storage unit for additional space. With a variety of layouts and private outdoor areas, the project will offer homes suited to different lifestyles and stages of life.

Fifteen new apartment buildings designed for comfort – that’s  Čámovka. When we were planning the design and layouts of this project, our main priority was to make sure you feel safe and comfortable here. Car owners will surely appreciate the plentiful parking spots and underground garages so they never have to worry about their vehicles. When you walk out the front door, the first thing you see is a large grassy area. You can greet the neighbors of all ages on the playground or on benches in the shade. As always, we have something for everyone.

Of course, it would hardly be much of a neighborhood without shops, restaurants and other civic amenities. Čámovka already has a private kindergarden, pizzeria and opticians. More options may be forthcoming in the future, but in the meantime, rest assured, whatever you can’t find on site you will certainly find in the immediate vicinity. Schools, post office, pharmacy, supermarket… practically anything you need right outside your door. Who knows, maybe you’ll love Čimice so much you’ll start a business here as well.

This area was first settled up to five and a half thousand years ago in the Stone Age. Later Slavic tribes settled here and built a hillfort on a rocky promontory overlooking the Vltava River. Since that time this place has remained more or less rural in nature. Even the name of our project, Čámovka, hides a reference to this long history, as Čimice originally meant “village of the people of Čám.” That’s no coincidence. We have a respect for history, and your future home is firmly rooted there.

We can’t imagine modern housing without great transport options. Čámovka does not disappoint on this front, either. It’s just a few minutes to the main thoroughfare by car, and public transport stops right outside the development project. Just hop on a bus and ride 15 minutes to the metro. The ride from Kobylisy to Václavské náměstí downtown will go by so fast you won’t even have time to read the headlines in the morning news.
